This module provides a superb introduction to any training around teamwork and co-operation and collaboration, and has been used successfully with participants at all levels within an organisation, from junior clerical staff to directors.
It also provides an ideal introduction to training around the service chain, and internal customer care.
You will need dice, counters and some prizes to run the exercise in this module successfully.
The aims of this module are:
- To demonstrate the importance of teamwork.
- To show how by working together we have the potential to achieve more.
