The Skills Indicators are a range of instruments, developed by occupational psychologists Eve Ash and Peter Quarry, for providing 360 degree feedback on essential workplace skills. Users complete a self-rating questionnaire and invite three others to complete the questionnaire on their behalf, using the questionnaires provided. Scoring is quick and simple, and provides a graphic representation of the employees relative skills and the need for skill development.
