20 Training Workshops for Customer Care Volume 2 comprises a comprehensive package of workshops which allows trainers and line managers to enhance customer service at all levels throughout their organization.

This collection is divided into two parts. Part I examines the interpersonal and communication skills on which care is based. Part II demonstrates how these core skills can be linked together and provides opportunities for participants to test out their skills in hypothetical situations. Each of the workshops is between 2 and 4 hours long.
