Is Randolph Guilty? is a role-playing game in which team members get to play the part of jurors in a case of manslaughter. Reminiscent of the 1957 film "12 Angry Men", this exercise is an excellent vehicle for discussing the benefits and dangers of seeking consensus in a workplace team.

 

You can use this game on your existing courses or turn it into the centrepiece of seminars, teambuilding events or away-days.
