The Perfect Leader is a great game for developing team decision-making skills. Using research into the top 10 characteristics of the "perfect leader", the group has to decide the correct order of characteristics and is given 3 rounds to reach a consensus and a decision. A valuable exercise in looking at team conflict and ways to resolve it.
