The Toy Mobile is an exercise in project management. Two teams have to create a toy mobile from material in the vicinity of the training room that meets the specifications, cost and time requirements of their project sponsors. In following the 5 phases of a project this game recreates perfectly the steps needed to manage a full-scale project of any length and complexity.
You can use this game on your existing courses or turn it into the centrepiece of seminars, teambuilding events or away-days.
