Let Belbin take the stress out of planning and organising your team building program. We have put together a package which will allow you to run a day of fun and instructive games and exercises, with minimal preparation.

The specially designed flipchart guides you through the session, suggesting questions to ask the team, telling you when to use the games and DVD, and providing a template for exercises.

Of course you could go through the session in any order you chose, but the flipchart recommends starting off with the game Co-operate to highlight individuals' contributions to the team, and to understand that everyone is different. After discussion time, it moves on to the DVD: Fire, Toast and Teamwork, to ensure each course participant understands the 9 Team Roles. Then it is time to hand out the Belbin reports that have been prepared prior to the course. Armed with this information the team is now ready to play Contribute. Make sure there are boiled eggs available! The session ends with feedback and discussion time so that the team can go away with an action plan.
