This is a really useful manual with some new ideas for quizzes on communication and some useful facts that can be used to enliven any workshop or course. There are some unique exercises that we haven’t come across before that have been a valuable addition to our training toolkit.

The communications manual that I downloaded was very basic and not at all what I expected. It should be targeted at an Entry Level. The book mostly consists of short paragraphs that provides a definition or very superficial information about, albeit a very extensive list, concepts and key elements of communication. As I was hoping for information at an advanced level, I didn't find this manual useful. However, as mentioned, it could provide the very basic information needed by someone wanting to present a course about the basic - and very broad - aspects of communication.
