This has been really useful for designing and developing the Emotional Intelligence workshop I have been working on. I would recommend this book to anyone who is developing soft skills workshops.

I recently purchased the e-book “A Useful Guide to NLP for Personal Development” by Stephanie Philps. It’s at a fairly basic level so if you are an NLP Practitioner or Master, it’s probably not for you. However to introduce some NLP concepts with supporting activities to a group or individual it’s great. The language used is very clear and each section is virtually ‘stand alone’ so it’s easy to flick to the sections most relevant to you. It was good value for money and as long as your expectation of level is clear it is a good buy.
