Behaviour recording and analysis for team development and role plays
Designed for Trainers who use laptops and want to give quick feedback to groups or individuals. This easy-to-use programme allows you to set up an observation screen with 12 behaviours and up to 8 people. A mouse click records the behaviours, as well as the talking time.
This version does not use a database to hold behaviour sets, so this has to be done 'by hand'. However, the main functionality remains.
Once a record has been built up, it can be displayed in graph format or printed out. The results are available for both individuals and groups.
If needed, additional observations can be added from "Tick Sheets" which are provided by the system.
