These little stress balls are perfect for any training room! I ordered 5 of them and have already realised that I will definitely need more. They come in so many colours – it makes it easy for me to play colour-coded games with them and once I get a few more colours I plan to ask the delegates to put themselves in order of the rainbow so I can split the group for activities.

This stress ball is great, nice soft feel to it, great for when I delivered a managing Stress course, the delegates were able to sample the kind of stress relievers they can use in the workplace to reduce their stress levels, is also great to use as a ball for icebreakers and energisers.
