When this arrived I thought it was a bit scary than anything else! Few delegates went for it as a 'fiddle toy' but those who did enjoyed creating a strange face with it - I did ask them if any of the faces they were making were in line with how they were feeling - it got a laugh!

This isn't my favorite 'toy', but when I used it as one of the desk 'fiddle items it turned out to be a surprising hit....with the guys anyway! Most people remember these from school and I guess on a more serious note it could be used to express feelings or difficult training topics in a less confrontational manner. Size-wise it's maximum dimensions are 10cm long (chin to hat), 8cm wide (ear to ear) and 5cm deep (back of product to front of nose). There are four finger holes or tunnels which are 1.5cm wide and 3cm long at the back that allow you to move the face. I used this in a conflict course and so a lot of my delegates gave him a very aggressive 'personality'! Overall not a bad product to have in your toolkit.

Our newest and youngest trainer ordered requested that I order this one – he is always making jokes about funny faces and teasing us with his own caricatures. He will no doubt be representing our the emotions of our customers and the looks on our colleagues faces as he walks round the office with Flexiface on his fingers. Some boys never grow up!
