Stopwatches are an extremely useful tool for trainers when running courses especially if the delegates are expected to complete the exercise or specific task within a set time frame.

This digital stopwatch has a simple one button 'start and stop' timer for split-second timing and can even be used as a clock, complete with alarm. A simple clip at the back allows it be easily affixed to belts and pockets.

Available in red and blue - dispatched randomly.

Granted, I used to use my own personal wristwatch or an online clock to time activities but I always lost track of the time or didn’t always have a computer to use the online one. I kept telling myself to buy a stopwatch but always forgot… until I was ordering bendy people and squishy balls on Trainers Market and saw this perfect piece of essential training kit! Thank you for making sure I didn’t forget! Only wish the item was a little larger – but for the price – it was well worth it!
