1) How can I pay for products?
You can pay for products using a valid credit/debit card or by purchase order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and American Express.
 
Alternatively you can pay by Pro-forma invoice. We will invoice you for the goods you have ordered and your goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment or purchase order.
 
Whatever method of payment you are using, you can place your order over the telephone if you prefer. We're here to help between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, our telephone number is 01434 38 11 22.
 
2) Do you ship overseas?
Europe - You can order online or over the telephone +44 1434 38 11 22. VAT is charged on all European orders (outside of the UK) which we will refund on receipt of your VAT number. Simply enter you VAT number in the order notes section when checking out, if you do not have a VAT number you will need to re-claim your VAT as per your own country VAT guidelines.
 
Worldwide - Online ordering is available for some of our overseas customers: Republic of Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, Bermuda and South Africa.

For all other countries, if you would like to place an order please email the team through the contact screen on the website, or call the office on 0044 (0)1434 381 122. We will then provide you with a quote as shipping costs will depend on the weight and destination of the order.
 
Please note that if you wish to be invoiced, you will need to telephone us with your order. Simply call us on +44 1434 38 11 22 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (GMT).
 
3) What is your returns policy?
If you change you mind about a purchase within seven days of receipt and let us know, we will refund you in full. You are responsible for the cost of the return post and packing.
 
In the event of such a claim, you must undertake that you have not, and will not use the purchased goods. In the case of downloads, you will be asked to destroy all copies.
 
Where goods have been dispatched to you, you will be refunded when we receive the goods back from you in pristine condition.
 
4) How will I receive my purchase?
Some products are sold as downloads - you will be given instant access to these on receipt of payment, via a secure area of Trainers' Market.
 
Physical products, for example books, will be dispatched using Royal Mail or another delivery company of our choosing. We will let you know if we are unable to dispatch the goods within 48 hours.
 
5) How long will delivery take?
You will receive the download products once you have completed the transaction.
 
Pocketbooks are dispatched direct from our supplier and should reach you within 2-3 working days.
 
The Training props are kept in stock, any orders placed before 3pm, showing 'same day dispatch' will be sent by recorded delivery on the same day. However if the order is sent by courier we will book the courier on the day of the order, and email notification of expected delivery date.
 
Other products where we have to order from supplier should take no longer than 5-7 days, we will let you know if it will be longer.
 
Orders placed over a UK Bank Holiday Weekend, will be dispatched or ordered on the next working day.
 
6) How much is postage?
